Senior Operations Manager

What you will do to contribute to the company's success


* Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement operational strategies aligned with company goals and objectives.


* Collaborate closely with other departments, such as sales, marketing, finance, and human resources, to streamline processes and achieve organizational objectives.


* Develop and manage operational budgets, monitor expenses, and implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality or service delivery.


* Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to monitor operational performance and drive accountability across teams.


* Provide strong leadership and guidance to the operations team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.


* Lead and support initiatives for continuous improvement, innovation, and best practices in operations management


* Prepare and present operational reports to senior management.


* Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively.


* Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications



* Proven experience in operations management, with a minimum of 1 year in a leadership role.


* Strong leadership and team management skills.


* Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.


* Proficient in using operations management software and tools.


* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
