Compensation: $26.00 -28.00/Hr - Depending on Experience
Primoris ARB Underground is seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to support our compliance team based in Bloomington, California.
The selected candidate will assist the Fleet Department with daily administrative tasks and ensure smooth operations.
This role requires a quick learner with a positive, team-oriented attitude, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to the Fleet Department in daily activities.
* Maintain a collaborative, team-focused mindset.
* Perform electronic filing, scanning, copying, and faxing tasks.
* Assist in the management of the California Portable Equipment Registration Program (PERP), ensuring fleet compliance with state regulations.
* Enter and track mechanics' timesheets using Keystyle software.
* Perform additional duties as required by management.
Basic Qualifications:
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interface across multiple departments.
* Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
* Excellent customer service skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience with Viewpoint software is a plus.
* Previous experience in the construction industry is advantageous.
* Knowledge of Certified Payroll processes is a plus.
