We are currently seeking a FULL TIME NURSING HOME RECEPTIONIST to join our team!

Pay: $15.00/hour

Shift:


* Monday - Friday


* 8am - 4pm

Duties


* Promptly answer and transfer incoming phone calls - take messages as needed


* Direct visitors to offices and resident rooms.


* Assist smoking residents with morning and afternoon smoke break.


* Assist with office tasks, including business office check runs, filing documents, etc.


* Assist with resident trust funds and handle petty cash


* Sort and file resident and office mail


* Keep count of office supplies and help order supplies as needed


* Keep record of residents and visitors entering/leaving the building

West Oaks Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is a beautiful 125-Bed Skilled Nursing Facility tucked away on a beautiful private land preserve right off Slaughter/Brodie!!
