RTR Accountant

Your IMPACT:


* Perform reliably and timely all processes agreed in the SLA with the supported units of the Schneider Electric group


* Independently verify, describe and book financial documents in accordance with the guidelines contained in the procedures and manuals for the given unit


* Independently agree and confirm balances with Suppliers and Customers, explain ambiguities and take necessary corrective actions


* Prepare and verify payment proposals and declare balance of receivables and liabilities


* Prepare necessary reserves related to the process of liabilities and receivables


* Archive documents correctly and systematically


* Provide data and analysis for the needs of management, supported units and audits


* Optionally participate in additional projects (transition, transformation, standardization) in the indicated Schneider Electric units

Your Profile:


* Bachelor's Degree (Finance/Accounting/Economy)


* 2-4 years of demonstrated Finance and Accounting experience (experience in SSC or BPO organization will be an asset)


* Knowledge of RtR process would be an asset


* Good knowledge of English


* Good MS Excel knowledge


* ERP literacy is desirable (SAP, Oracle)


* Strong interpersonal skills and proactive approach


* Strong analytical and problem solving skills


* Customer focus and team-working skills
