工作职责:

推动新产品开发项目的成功开发

研究和开发新设计或改进设计

创建符合客户要求的设计规范和产品设计。

领导并参与设计和开发活动,从概念到向市场推出新产品/改进产品

访问客户以支持产品的销售

为产品修改、降低成本、改进制造工艺和其他技术支持活动提供设计支持

任职资格:

1.有良好的沟通交流和表达能力,逻辑性强

2.具有优良的光学或光机或光电基础知识储备

3.有优良的问题分析和解决能力

4.英语优良(优良的听,读,写,说能力)

5.具备主动性和能动性
