Your Job

Molex Kunshan is hiring a Manufacturing Process Engineer which responsible for new product introduction, including manufacturing process development and related drawings and documents.

What You Will Do

1.

New product introduction for flexible busbar.

柔性母排的新产品引进。

2.

Development manufacturing process and define the parameters for each process.

开发制造过程并定义每个过程的参数。

3.

Tooling and fixture design and verification.

工装夹具的设计和验证。

4.

Statistics and estimation of process time and material usage.

统计或预估工艺时间和材料使用。

5.

Build and maintain Router and BOM.

建立和维护工艺路线和 BOM.

6.

Compile process documents (PFMEA, WI...).

编制过程文件( PFMEA 、 WI...

)。

7.

Prototype manufacturing.

样品制造。

8.

Process optimization/improvement and d aily problem-solving on the production line.

优化和改进流程及 解决产线的日常问题。

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

Over 5 years tech roles in flexible busbar manufacturing.

Familiar with flexible busbar related manufacturing process.

在柔性母排制造领域担任 5 年以上技术职务。熟悉柔性母排的相关制造工艺。

Include:

Foil cutting and foil stamping.

/ 金属切割和冲压。

Diffusion welding.

/ 扩散焊接。

Resistance welding.

/ 电阻焊接
Experience in flexible busbar prototype manufacturing.

/ 柔性母排样品制造经验。

What Will Put You Ahead

Bachelor's degree and above in Mechanical / Electrical / Automation / Material Forming / Control Engineering
本科以上学历,机械 / 电气 / 自动化 / 材料成型 / 控制工程等专业
