Position Description:

Specifically, Information Security must protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information and assets, enabling Elanco to deliver on the brand promise to our stakeholders and customers.

The Information Security Delivery Lead role is responsible for coordinating/facilitating the end-to-end delivery of team priorities and business-as-usual product and service enhancements across Information Security.

This covers all Information Security towers, including Governance, Risk and Compliance, Architecture and Operations, as well as the growing number of dependencies with delivery and business teams, specifically Ethics & Compliance (e.g., Legal, Privacy, Compliance).

The role will work collaboratively with Information Security leadership to coordinate, facilitate, and lead delivery activities, helping to drive focus and discipline towards the stated priorities.

The role requires a proven record of enterprise delivery, as well as exceptional organizational and communications skills across multiple levels (e.g., analysts, engineers, and leadership).
