The Opportunity


* Seeking Emergency Department/Urgent Care Center physician assistants and nurse practitioners


* EM experience as an Advanced Provider is preferred.


* Will consider urgent care experience


* Providers will cross credential at Southlake Campus


* Current national certification, DEA, ACLS, BLS, and PALS is preferred


* Current IN state license is a plus
