What You Will Do


* Lead continuous improvement programs/projects aimed at reducing quality risk.

Support the operations team in reducing variability in our manufacturing processes.


* Provide leadership in building a quality capability across our site including the application of PFMEA, Control Plans, Gauge R&R, advanced problem solving, and 6 Sigma.


* Apply appropriate risk-based thinking (PFMEA) to proactively identify opportunities to reduce our quality risk profile.


* Develop and recommend economically feasible improvement proposals to senior leadership.


* Interface with Work with the EU commercial team to understand unmet customer needs and translate those into improvement initiatives at our site.


* Introduce new product grades in the Rozenburg plant, run plant trials and manage production recipes.


* Provide effective communication with cross functional teams (operating teams, commercial team, customers, global quality colleagues).


* Lead team meetings, program management, and leadership engagement.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)


* Bachelor's degree in engineering or technical field


* Three (3) or more years manufacturing experience


* Experience leading continuous improvement initiatives/projects/programs within a cross functional team


* Experience applying problem-solving methodologies (FMEA, root cause analysis, 5-why, 6 sigma) and implementation of improvement projects.

What Will Put You Ahead


* Experience demonstrating the application of Automotive Quality Core Tools (SPC, MSA, FMEA/CP, APQP, PPAP)


* Experience demonstrating the application of additional Quality Capabilities (Auditing, Gage R&R, 3L5W, Poka Yoke, VOC, et)


* Experience demonstrating an ability to analyze large data sets and apply statistics to generate knowledge systems (e.g.

dashboards) that present actionable information.


* Experience demonstrating an understanding and application of economics, value create and risk-based thinking for continuous improvement
