As a Sr.

Manager, Finance, you will serve as the knowledge source and a business partner providing comprehensive financial analysis support to ITS business lines.

By leveraging financial metrics and developing integrated revenue/expense analyses, projections, reports, and presentations, you will support ITS partners in carrying out their strategic business direction.

Your consultative and strategic approach when communicating and collaborating with business leaders, and deep budgeting expertise, will be invaluable in this role.

Responsibilities:


* Lead finance team members, including FinOps, and help provide strategic direction to ITS, keeping the mission of the organization and financial stewardship in mind.


* Manage and monitor group and department adherence to the approved budget.


* Provide the senior leadership team with complex and varied financial analyses for timely and effective decision making.

This requires knowledge of project budgeting, Recoveries, and Capital.


* Provide data for and/or assists in establishing major financial objectives and policies for the district or Federal Reserve System.


* Direct the preparation of large and complex (e.g.

cross-district) budgets and financial forecasts; provide financial analyses for highly impactful initiatives.


* Prepare reports that outline the organization’s major financial position in areas of expenses and budgets based on past, present, and future operations


* Manage executive reporting, including monthly memos, annual budget, short- and long-term plan decks, and all reporting for periodic business reviews.


* Participate in District / System work groups related to financial plans and goals, often taking a lead role.
