Pharmacy Supervisor (Harrisburg, PA)

We are looking for two supervisors to join our team.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

The Pharmacy Supervisor will guide day-to-day operations of the pharmacy.

The supervisor will be responsible for a group of Pharmacy Technicians; reviewing and monitoring performance to optimize outputs, ensuring we are working towards a common goal, remaining productive and avoiding conflict.

The supervisor will work on, or direct projects of Pharmacy Technicians as assigned by the Pharmacy Operations Manager.

This position is a full-time on-site role based at our Pharmacy Warehouse in Harrisburg, PA.

This position requires 40 hours per week, typically Monday-Friday shift from 8:00 am - 4:30 pm EST.

WHAT YOU'LL DO


* Being responsible for day-to-day operations of pharmacy.

This includes: positioning team members to ensure steady output, taking corrective actions to resolve employee disputes and productivity issues, and ensuring team members execute assigned tasks


* Assisting other technicians with workflow dynamics and daily order dispensing, in accordance with pharmacy policies and procedures 


* Working closely with pharmacy leads to ensure team unity


* Developing team talent; create and implement written plans for optimizing team member performance


* Assist Pharmacy Operations Manager with leading, coaching, mentoring, motivating and retaining staff
