Job Description: 

In search of a high-performing, resourceful and self-motivated Corporate Social Responsibility Manager with a passion for corporate giving, community impact, and sustainability, and excellent project management and communications skills.

This is a high-impact and high-visibility role, offering exceptional access to global leadership and an opportunity to shape nascent community impact and sustainability communications programs.

Reporting to the Director of Corporate Communications, the Corporate Social Responsibility Manager will be responsible for spearheading Cooper’s global philanthropic efforts and community impact programs across CooperCompanies, CooperVision and CooperSurgical.

Essential Functions & Accountabilities:


* Responsible for partnering with CooperVision and CooperSurgical leadership to develop our global strategy for corporate giving 


* Build/maintain programs and activities that will align with key business areas and have a positive impact on communities, people and the planet


* Manage any CSR employee engagement programs and local non-profit partnerships


* Oversee execution of programs and efforts globally


* Develop communications to highlight CSR and sustainability efforts internally with employees and externally via social media, website, recruiting sites etc.


* Partner closely with Corporate Affairs and IR to support annual ESG reporting


* Develop policies and guidance documents that define processes for budget approvals, activity tracking and more


* Manage corporate giving/community impact budget


* Track all local/regional/division activities

* Comfort and ability to confidently interact and present information to all levels of the organization, including senior leaders
