Key Responsibilities:


* Manage the day-to-day accounting operations of the company, including:
+ Accounts payable and receivable
+ Payroll
+ Expense management
+ Financial reporting
+ Revenue recognition
+ Monthly submissions to parent company Roper Technologies
+ Close cycle including reconciliations


* Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures


* Oversee the work of the accounting team


* Identify and implement process improvements to streamline accounting operations


* Work with the VP of Finance to develop and implement the company's financial strategy


* Stay up-to-date on changes in accounting regulations
