Flint Hills Resources is seeking a Paralegal to join their Legal Team!

Our Team

This role will report to Senior Counsel and be based at the headquarters in Wichita, KS.

What You Will Do


* Assist attorneys in preparing, reviewing, and analyzing legal documents, such as contracts


* Draft real estate agreements, such as easements, leases, and ROW agreements


* Prepare real estate closing documents and work directly with title companies


* Analyze real estate title matters, including property legal descriptions


* Conduct legal research and summarize findings for attorneys


* Maintain and organize legal files, documents, and databases


* Coordinate and assist with document production and discovery processes


* Communicate with clients and external stakeholders in a professional manner


* Stay up-to-date with changes in relevant laws and regulations

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)


* Experience in a law firm, corporate legal department, or title company


* Analytical thinking, including attention to detail, and research skills


* Experience using Microsoft Office Suite and legal software applications

What Will Put You Ahead


* Extensive knowledge of and experience with real estate matters, from drafting to close
