Research and Development Summer Intern

Essential Duties and Responsibilities



* Project Support: Collaborate with the Research and Development team to support ongoing projects and initiatives


* Functional Exposure: Participate in cross-functional meetings and gain exposure to various roles within the Research and Development department


* Data management: Assist in data collection, analysis, and preparation of reports


* Project Documentation: Contribute to the development and execution of research plans 


* Industry Knowledge: Engage in literature reviews, learn, and understand industry trends and advancements


* Cross-collaboration: Work closely with experienced professionals to gain hands-on experience across functional areas (Mentor assigned)


* Department Meetings: Participate in team discussions, brainstorming sessions, and problem-solving activities


* Research Exposure: Contribute to the preparation of research-related documentation and presentations


* Learning and Development: Take part in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge relevant to the industry


* Other duties as assigned: Present findings and insights during designated time intervals on intern experience

* Preferred:
+ Strong interest in Clinical research, medical device, and aesthetics
+ Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
+ analytical mindset with attention to detail
+ ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Education 



* Required:
+ Currently a Junior or Senior in a credited 4 year school pursuing a major in; Life Sciences, Engineering, or Business 
+ Graduated from a 2 year accreditation school


* Preferred:
+ Graduate Student pursuing a major in: Life Sciences, Engineering or Business
