As a Data Visualization Manager at the Data, Analytics & Technology (DAT) Applied Analytics team, you will be responsible for ensuring that the JPMorgan Global Bank's Business Process tool investments result in better client experience, internal process efficiencies and leverage data to provide client insights and opportunities.
You will be responsible for leading analytics tool implementation and developing capability to distribute consistent, controlled analytics to GB end-users across multiple channels, including investment banking sales, treasury services sales, venture capital/private equity banking, service, KYC, credit and finance.
We are looking for candidates who have experience with end-user delivery of data and analytics solutions but are motivated to go beyond tool knowledge and enjoy partnering with business to understand needs and use cases.
We run a large-scale Qlik Sense platform and are currently implementing new tools and delivery strategy using Apache Iceberg, Snowflake, and Sigma Computing suite of tools that compliment and enhance our Qlik strategy.
Job responsibilities
* Create capability to develop and deliver consistent and controlled reporting across multiple GB delivery channels from GB Business Intelligence environment.
* Develop and manage advanced level Qlik Sense dashboards for GB business groups; including, development of load scripts and visualizations.
* Lead efforts to develop a new delivery program ensuring that distributed analytics are performant and efficient.
* Engage with business subject matter experts to understand current strategy and effectively transition to the new technologies and tools
* Ensure downstream users have quality user experience and are adequately securing data and adopting best practices
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
* BS/BA degree
* 5+ years direct Business Intelligence experience with 1+ years of experience in a Qlik or Sigma Computing reporting environment.
* Data modeling experience in cloud data lakehouse or data warehouse environments
* Experience designing/developing tables in Apache Iceberg format, and managing delivery via Snowflake or Databricks
* Advanced SQL knowledge
* Deep experience in leading development of distributed analytical/reporting tools (including requirements/story-gathering)
* Data delivery and modeling experience with technical versatility
