Vos missions :
Aligner et piloter la stratégie achats pour les microcontrôleurs
* Construire la stratégie achats mondiale en intégrant les considérations géopolitiques.
* Coordonner et exécuter les initiatives stratégiques avec les fournisseurs, les régions et les Business Units.
* Animer le processus LTSA (Long-Term Supply Agreement) avec les régions chaque année.
* Piloter la résilience, incluant les plans de continuité (BCP) et les qualifications alternatives.
Coordonner et collaborer avec les parties prenantes
* Animer le groupe pluridisciplinaire incluant Achats, TSE (experts de standardisation) et CoE (Center of Excellence) pour les micro controller unit (MCU) afin de soutenir les ambitions de croissance de Schneider Electric.
* Travailler avec les RCM (Regional Category Managers) pour déployer la stratégie et influencer les NPI (New Product Introductions).
* Partager et promouvoir les meilleures pratiques entre les régions concernant les contrats, matrices de prix, cybersécurité et exigences de durabilité.

Gestion des relations fournisseurs

* Planifier les business reviews avec les fournisseurs et assigner les tâches aux leaders fournisseurs dans chaque zone.
