Mission générale :
Le Responsable de département du magasin du Faubourg est un ambassadeur du département Mode (chaussures et soie masculine), du magasin et plus généralement de la Maison Hermès.
Il accompagne et anime une équipe d'environ 12 personnes.
Il assure une présence sur la surface de vente et il veille à ce que les standards d'accueil et de service de son équipe soient respectés.
En lien avec le Directeur du département auquel il est directement rattaché, il participe à la construction de la stratégie, il propose et met en œuvre des actions pour dynamiser l'activité du département, suivre la performance et infuser une culture mode au sein de l'équipe.
Il travaille en étroite collaboration avec les autres Responsables de département sur les sujets opérationnels du magasin du Faubourg.
Principales activités :
Management
* Insuffler à l'ensemble de son équipe les bonnes pratiques
* Être un manager de terrain, en support des équipes et gestion des litiges
* Analyser, piloter et animer les indicateurs de vente auprès de son équipe (mise en place d'entretiens individuels réguliers, formation, coaching...)
* Accompagner et développer le parcours professionnel de ses équipes
* S'assurer et accompagner le développement de la polyvalence de ses équipes (contribuer au Match to Traffic) tout en maintenant le niveau d'expertise attendue
* Réaliser les entretiens professionnels et annuels de son équipe
* Participer aux recrutements des vendeurs (CDI, CDD, stagiaires) en étroite collaboration avec les Ressources humaines et le Directeur du département
* Participer aux revues de rémunération de son équipe en collaboration avec le Directeur du département

Animation commerciale

Key Responsibilities
Client Service & Hospitality Support
* Support the sales team in delivering exceptional client hospitality through the preparation and service of food, beverages, and refreshments.
