POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for the production of assigned landscape installation or incidental work as directed by the Landscape Project Manager.

Receive assignments from Landscape Construction Management.Execute assignments by direct supervision of crew members with minimum assistance.Study plans and specifications prior to start up meeting.Uses plans and specifications to carry out landscape installation work.Plans for labor and equipment deployment for most efficient and proactive operations.
Submits and discusses plans with Construction LC Manager.
Submits material orders to Expeditor, or orders themselves.Enforces compliance with project budgets.Trains and instructs crew members.Ensure proper care, use, storage, maintenance & handling of tools, equipment & materials.Strictly enforces company safety program, policies and procedures.Recognizes and anticipates problems, participates in problem solving with superiors, promptly implements solutions.Complies with all established company policies and procedures.Works five consecutive 8-hour days during assigned business hours, weather permitting, and is available to work overtime if requested.Ability to work at a pace that is aligned with production standards and expectations set by Managers
