JOB SUMMARY: This role provides comprehensive case management support to older adults (55+) struggling to maintain independent living in their community.
Supporting clients through DAS and Enhanced Care Management (ECM) programs, this position develops and implements individual service plans, coordinates community referrals, advocates for clients, and maintains up-to-date service documentation.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Conduct screenings, clinical assessments, home visits, and provide comprehensive case management services, including collaborative treatment planning and service linkage.
Ensure timely and accurate documentation of client interactions, progress, and outcomes in accordance with established protocols.
Ongoing coordination of support services and resource development Conduct community outreach upon receiving client referrals Maintain electronic medical records.
Follow all agency protocols, participate in all required agency meetings/trainings, and clinical supervision.
Manage and maintain an assigned caseload.

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Bachelors degree in social or a Bachelors degree in a related field with 2 years of experience.

Curry Senior Center will provide or reimburse for the cost of a TB test after an offer of employment has been accepted by both parties.

Esta posición será responsable de impulsar la efectividad del equipo comercial mediante la definición de indicadores, el seguimiento del desempeño, la optimización de procesos comerciales y la alineación entre equipos locales, regionales y globales.

Requisitos
* Profesional en Administración de Empresas, Ingenierías, Economía, Finanzas o carreras afines.
* Experiencia liderando procesos de Sales Excellence, Commercial Excellence, Business Operations, Sales Operations o Planeación Comercial.
* Experiencia trabajando con equipos comerciales regionales o multinacionales.
* Conocimiento en definición y seguimiento de KPIs comerciales.
* Experiencia en gestión del desempeño comercial y modelos de performance.

Our technicians spend their workdays on the go, independently working in the field using their company-provided vehicle.
We use best-in-class ticket and claims management systems to ensure clear and complete mark-out services for the excavator or property owner at the work site.
Your Responsibilities as a Locator:
* Correctly, safely, and efficiently locate underground utilities, including telecommunications, electric power, cable TV, gas, water, and sewer systems.
* Thoroughly search for underground utilities in a designated area, accurately marking the location, completing the necessary documentation, and photographing each locate.
These are daytime, full-time positions.
We have a 48-hour turnaround time on many locates, which means we generally work the day after holidays and some weekends, as needed.
Must be able to work overtime, weekend shifts, and on-call shifts (including nights and weekends), dependent upon the needs of the business.
