What You Will Do In Your Role
* Adhere to all plant environmental guidelines, policies, and procedures while helping to meet and exceed production, waste and quality goals
* Assist Operators with troubleshooting and making machine adjustments to converting equipment
* Lead and support crew to meet production and quality goals, including assigning tasks, leading by example, and escalating issues requiring supervisor attention.
* Assume full responsibility for machine operation and crew direction in the operator's absence
* Perform and document required quality checks, including completing feedback in FFF
* Utilize systems and tools such as FFF, MP2, and Spectro to support production and quality tracking
* Train new employees and collaborate closely with maintenance to support equipment reliability
* Maintain cleanliness in designated work area throughout shift
* Handle all aspects of the machine's daily production to include setting up, operating, maintaining production quality, and performing daily maintenance
* Work any shift, including holidays, weekends, and overtime as needed
* Work in a hot, humid, cold and noisy industrial environment
* Perform tasks such as lifting, walking, climbing, stooping, standing, pushing and/or pulling
