Key Responsibilities:
* Operate a lube/fuel service truck to deliver fuel, grease, and lubricants to mobile and stationary equipment across the quarry.
* Perform scheduled lubrication on loaders, haul trucks, excavators, crushers, conveyors, and other heavy machinery.
* Service diesel pumps, including fueling, checking fluid levels, and performing basic preventative tasks.
* Monitor fluid levels (engine oil, hydraulic oil, coolant, DEF, etc.) and top off as needed.
* Document all service activities, including fuel usage, lubrication intervals, and equipment condition notes.
* Inspect equipment visually for leaks, loose fittings, or safety concerns and report issues promptly to maintenance or supervisors.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service truck, tools, and work areas.
* Follow all safety protocols, including lockout/tagout, PPE requirements, and quarry traffic rules.
