Rattaché(e) au Pôle Données Produits d'Hermès Joaillerie, en tant que Chargé(e) de Données Produits Bijouterie a pour mission de :
* Créer et paramétrer les nouveaux articles,
* Assurer le suivi et la mise à jour des données dans l'ensemble des systèmes d'information,
* Garantir la maintenance, la cohérence et la fiabilité des Données Produits,
* Accompagner le déploiement du PDM.
À ce titre, en tant que Chargé(e) de Données Produits, vous veillerez à la conformité et à la disponibilité des documents techniques, dans le respect des délais et en alignement avec les exigences du Métier.
Dans un contexte de forte croissance et d'évolution des outils, vous contribuerez également à l'accompagnement du déploiement et à la juste coordination des outils stratégiques pour notre Métier : PDM et ERP - tout cela en collaboration étroite avec l'équipe projet et les référents au sein du service.

Principales activités
Gestion de données produits
* Collecter les informations nécessaires à la création des nouveaux produits auprès des équipes concernées.
* Créer, mettre à jour et maintenir les articles dans les systèmes d'information.
* Gérer et actualiser les gammes de fabrication en cohérence avec les processus industriels.
(Pierres, métaux et Ateliers)
* Actualiser les libellés des Produits Finis, composants et rattachements ateliers, en veillant à l'harmonisation du référentiel.
* Intégrer les données manquantes, manuellement ou via des outils de chargement en masse.
* Identifier et analyser les anomalies de référencement, proposer les corrections et alerter si nécessaire.
* Communiquer l'avancement des validations de données à chaque jalon projet.
Pilotage et Coordination des Données Produits
* Créer et suivre l'avancement des Données Produits pour l'ensemble des jalons prototypes (J1, J2, J3), en garantissant la complétude et la cohérence des informations.
* Coordonner les échanges et synchroniser les acteurs impliqués (la Collection, la MOA, La DDO...), afin d'assurer la disponibilité des données nécessaires à chaque étape du processus.
* Participer aux rituels et instances du Pôle Données Produits, contribuer au partage d'informations et à la fluidité des décisions
Contribution aux Projets d'Amélioration Continue du Pôle Données Produits
* Contribuer aux réflexions d'amélioration des processus et outils liés aux Données Produits, en collaboration avec l'équipe.

HMS (Hermès Maroquinerie-Sellerie) est en pleine transformation SI : refonte des domaines Supply Chain, fabrication et qualité avec mise en place de nouveaux outils.
En particulier, HMS a engagé la refonte du domaine de la planification avec le programme OPH-MS (Outil de Planification Hermès - Maroquinerie-Sellerie) qui a dans ses objectifs le remplacement de l'actuel APS (Advanced Planning System) par un nouvel outil capable de nous faire gagner en agilité et d'absorber la croissance du métier HMS.
Le choix de l'APS se fera au plus tard à l'été 2025, après la phase de POC qui met en concurrence deux éditeurs (Anaplan et Kinaxis).
Le projet suivra, après une phase préparatoire au démarrage du build.
C'est dans ce contexte que nous cherchons un Chef de projet SI junior domaine Supply , afin de nous accompagner sur la phase de préparation et lancement du projet, ainsi que sur le début du projet si le calendrier le permet.

Principales missions :
Accompagner l'équipe DSI HMS dans la phase préalable au lancement du projet OPH-MS :
* Participer à la préparation du dossier d'architecture technique, en vue de sa validation par les architectes Groupe, en collaboration avec les équipes IT Groupe et le Data Office HMS
* Contribuer à l'arbitrage des choix d'architecture, participer à la rédaction des supports de présentation qui synthétisent l'ensemble des éléments permettant d'arbitrer (coûts, impacts, risques, état de l'art ...)

General Purpose
The Housekeeper plays a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and orderly environment for residents, staff, and visitors.
This position ensures that all areas of the facility are free of obstacles, odors, and debris, contributing to the overall health and comfort of those in our care.
Essential Duties
* Clean and maintain public and common areas including lobbies, restrooms, drinking fountains, and floors.
* Ensure resident rooms and bathrooms are cleaned and sanitized regularly.
* Wipe down handrails to keep them free of dust and debris.
* Remove dirt, dust, and food from walls, mirrors, windows, light fixtures, towel bars, and dispensers.
