JOB PURPOSE:
This position contributes to Blarney Castle's success by assisting the store manager in providing work direction to a team of store associates to create and maintain our standards of service, cleanliness, and product quality for our customers.
The assistant manager will be responsible for executing daily store operations during their assigned shift by being a front of the store leader, connecting with customers, employees and providing coaching opportunities.
Assists the manager in identifying ways to drive results, managing costs and ensuring a welcoming environment that surprises and delights our customers in full compliance with Company standards and state and federal laws.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
1.High school diploma or equivalent is required.
2.Two years progressively responsible retail experience.
3.Demonstrated good math skills in order to calculate change, volume sales, tax percentages, balance cash registers, and to calculate deli inventory usage, weights, costs and volumes.
4.Able to read, write, understand and apply instructions, procedures, recipes, and training materials.
5.Strong interpersonal communication skills, in both verbal and written form to leadership standards.
Able to communicate effectively with a wide variety of people, including internal team members, customers and vendors.

The Lead Technician performs commercial and residential installations, completes repairs, terminates service, and relocates existing equipment.
Uses electronic equipment to troubleshoot, diagnose and complete all repairs in the HFC network.
Serves as a role model/mentor and provides leadership in the areas of installation, HFC network maintenance, and overall performance.
What you will do to contribute to the company's success
* Performs all the essential duties and responsibilities of the Senior Field Technician (refer to job description for job code 709) at least 50% of time.
* Uses electronic test equipment to troubleshoot customer service drops or outlets, diagnose and repair reception performance issues, and resolve all problems from the customer-owned equipment to the output.
* Trains new Field and Senior Field Technicians.
* Trains Lead Technicians as directed by Technical Operations Manager.
* Inspects and evaluates completed field work.
Qualifications
* One year certificate from college or technical school; or three to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
* Must successfully complete Leadership and Supervisory Skills course within one year of becoming Lead Technician.
Must have successfully completed all Cable One Technical Training Center courses through Senior Field Technician and Advanced Technician if applicable.
* Valid driver's license and a good driving record.
* This position requires the ability to work a variable schedule.
* This position may require occasional travel.

Key Responsibilities:
* Connect our customers to what they love by installing customer service drops or outlets in both residential and business properties.
* Take the training you gain to use electronic test equipment and online diagnostic tools to troubleshoot customer service drops or outlets, diagnose and repair reception performance issues, and resolve all problems from the customer's equipment to the output of the first distribution amplifier.
* You will ensure we are providing proper upstream and downstream signal levels at each termination on the customer's premises.

Qualifications:
