Maximus is currently hiring a Clinical Assessor LMSW to complete in-person Level II PASRR assessments in accordance with contract directives, company processes, and contract requirements.
These field assessments can/may be conducted in nursing homes, hospitals and/or various community settings.
This position requires up to 60% travel within the Denver area, including Adams and Arapahoe counties.
Mileage, tolls, and parking expenses are reimbursed.
About the program: Maximus is contracted with Colorado Department of Health Care Policy and Financing to manage the statewide CO PASRR program.
In July, 2025, we began managing submission of all Level I PASRR referrals and Status Changes, completion of clinical review to determine if a person has a known or suspected PASRR condition (SMI, ID or related condition), completion of the comprehensive person-centered Level II assessments.

Statistical Forecasting
* Ensure baseline sales forecasts are developed and updated in line with the agreed planning calendar and that the optimal statistical forecasting methods are applied to each SKU within their category.
* Provide detailed, timely forecast reporting across multiple markets for input to Forecast Review Meetings and ultimately feed into the Affiliate S&OP.
* Responsible for the administration and update of forecast models, SKU data maintenance, data completeness and correctness.
* Review with Affiliate Demand Manager the affiliate Business Intelligence inputs to the forecast: promotions, competitor activity and other market conditions that will result in an increase or decrease of the projected sales.
* Develop and apply exception reporting to enable identification and management of forecast accuracy impacts and month-to-month forecast changes.

* Lead Marketing Campaigns: Execute marketing campaigns aligned with annual category plans to achieve sales targets, developing supportive programs and projects, and tracking success metrics.
This includes preparing marketing communication materials (leaflets, posters, detailers, merchandise) aligned with global and regional platforms, and partnering with regulatory to ensure compliance.
