Overview The Asphalt Plant Foreman is responsible for the operation and maintenance of the hot mix plant, hot mix production and sales to customers.Other responsibilities: actively participates in and promotes Company Safety Program.Tasks include coordinating mix delivery to Lakeside and customer crews, ordering liquid asphalt for proper delivery time, keeping inventory of liquid asphalt and aggregate and operating computerized controls for loading trucks safely and efficiently.

* Develops and implements complex treatment and discharge plans for clients with substance use disorders for Detox, Residential, Partial, and /or Intensive Outpatient patients and their families.
* Provides case management services.
* Serves as a professional resource to referral sources, other c ounselors in resolving case problems, and provide clinical supervision and guidance as needed.
* Develops and conducts in-service and continuing education programs for treatment staff.
Knowledge, Education, Experience:
* Minimum: Associate Degree or Bachelor's degree in a Mental Health of Human Service-related field Preferred
* 10 years' experience as a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor.
In lieu of Bachelor's degree, Individuals Licensed prior to the Texas Health and Human Service Associate Degree Requirement to become a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor
* All Counselors must have current qualification as an alcohol, drug, or substance abuse counselor as required by the licensing board Health and Human Services.
