Enersense Engineering is currently seeking a Electrical Package Manager to support our client's Data Centre project located in Helsinki, Finland.
We are hiring on a permanent basis and the position is set to start as soon as possible.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
* Manage the electrical systems package from design coordination through installation, testing, and commissioning
* Ensure site safety together with the Project Manager and Safety team, promoting a strong QHSE culture
* Coordinate with the client, engineers, and project team to maintain the project schedule
* Manage costs related to the electrical scope, including labour, subcontractors, materials, equipment, and variations
* Oversee daily site operations and supervise subcontractor performance and progress
* Track project progress, issue weekly cost and progress reports, and attend coordination and site meetings
* Plan and track material deliveries and maintain project records, including snagging lists and site documentation
Requirements:
* Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline
* Experience in project management on large-scale projects (data centres, pharma, or industrial preferred)

* Draft or review the project Construction Environmental Management Plan and work with the site manager to integrate the requirements effectively in conjunction with the client's requirements and Client's wider corporate sustainability goals
* Review all construction method statements, processes and procedures to ensure they have considered all environmental risks and mitigate them appropriately
* Provide toolbox talks to make site staff aware of environmental best practice onsite behaviours

Job Summary
Responsible for overseeing and managing all field operations related to animal control and rabies prevention.

Responsibilities
Essential Functions:
The Sales Development Rep-2 (SDR-2) is responsible for executing on initial steps associated with the sales process.
After successful completion of an extensive 10- week hands on training that includes online learning, business role plays and real time sales scenarios, the SDR will:
• Research and build call sheets of targeted customers in the market by leveraging tools like Linked In and resources including Candidates and current Consultants
• Document, track and research all leads coming in from Recruiter Lead Program
• Build overall customer profiles based on information learned and talk tracks for each customer by using tools like Seismic and Gong
• Perform outreach to targeted customer list and document weekly activity
• Partner with Director of Business Operations on using the Inward Lens tool to identify lost customers in order to build call sheets to generate new meetings.
