Diese Herausforderungen erwarten dich bei uns:
* Du erstellst Ein- und Ausfuhrzollanmeldungen im Zollsystem ZODIAK GE (DAKOSY) im Auftrag der Kunden
* Du bist verantwortlich für eine tiefgehende Prüfung der vom Kunden übermittelten Unterlagen auf Vollständigkeit und Richtigkeit
* Außerdem bist du dafür verantwortlich, das aktive Auftragsmonitoring durchzuführen und Maßnahmen bei Abweichungen, wie etwa Rückweisungen durch die Zollbehörde, abzuleiten
* Systemgestützt pflegst du eine fortlaufende interne Stammdatenbank mit zollbezogenen Materialdaten
* Du nutzt moderne IT Funktionen zur Unterstützung bei der Auftragsabwicklung
* Du kommunizierst mit Ansprechpartnern beim Kunden an diversen Standorten, Zollbehörden und Dienstleistern im In- und Ausland
* Im Rahmen der internen und externen Qualitätssicherung führst du stichprobenhaft nachträgliche Kontrollen von Zollanträgen durch (post entry audits)
* Du erstellst Abrechnungen in Cargo Wise One (CW1)
* Bedarfsweise nimmst du an Business Review Meetings mit dem Kunden teil und kümmerst dich um die Vor- und Nachbereitung
Das wünschen wir uns von dir:
* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Kaufmann (m/w/d) für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung, Studium im Bereich Logistik oder adäquate Ausbildung inkl.
Berufserfahrung
* IT-Affinität und gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit MS Office, v.a.
MS Excel, idealerweise auch mit DAKOSY
* Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie Freude an Kommunikation
