Vos missions
* Piloter les incidents majeurs, de leur détection jusqu'à leur résolution.
* Coordonner les équipes internes et partenaires afin de rétablir les services dans les meilleurs délais.
* Animer les cellules de crise, suivre les plans d'actions et assurer une communication claire auprès des parties prenantes.
* Analyser les causes des incidents, proposer des actions préventives et faire évoluer les processus selon les bonnes pratiques ITIL.
* Développer et maintenir la base de connaissances, organiser le transfert de compétences et accompagner les utilisateurs.
* Suivre les indicateurs de performance, garantir les niveaux de service et piloter l'activité via ServiceNow.
Votre profil
Vous maîtrisez les processus ITIL et savez naviguer dans des environnements applicatifs complexes mêlant ERP (SAP, M3), outils de planification, PLM et MES.
Vous connaissez ServiceNow et disposez d'une solide culture infrastructure : applications, réseaux et matériels n'ont pas de secrets pour vous.
Vous gérez une crise avec sang-froid, structurez une communication claire sous pression et savez adapter votre discours aussi bien aux équipes techniques qu'aux parties prenantes métiers.
Votre sens aigu des priorités vous permet de prendre les bonnes décisions au bon moment, même en situation d'urgence.
Curieux et rigoureux, vous documentez avec soin, transmettez vos connaissances avec engagement et pilotez des plans d'action avec méthode.
Vous êtes à l'aise avec le Pack Office et Excel pour produire des reportings fiables et exploitables.
