Mission générale:
Rattaché(e) au Directeur de la Manufacture, le/la Responsable d'Atelier anime une équipe d'environ 40 artisans (dont environs 10 artisans expérimentés qui auront le rôle de tuteurs sur le modèle).
Ses principales missions seront d'accompagner les artisans nouvellement formés à progresser sur le modèle de formation (Kelly 25) et d'atteindre nos exigences qualité et temps.
Leurs tuteurs les accompagneront dans l'organisation, le soin à apporter à la qualité et le respect des savoir-faire.
Ce temps est aussi celui de la fin de la formation et de la décision d'embauche des apprenants.
Il/elle assure également la livraison des heures dans le respect des savoir-faire de la Maison Hermès, dans le souci de la qualité, en assurant un management de proximité avec son atelier, et attentif aux sujets d'Hygiène-Sécurité-Environnement et d'ergonomie.

Le pilotage de l'atelier de " Production tutorée " :
L'atelier de " production tutorée " regroupera à compter du mois de février 2027 les artisans en cours de formation et poursuivant leur progression sur la fabrication de nos sacs sous contrat de professionnalisation, dans la perspective d'intégrer la Maison Hermès en CDI.
L'objectif de cet atelier est d'assurer l'autonomie de nos artisans pour favoriser leur intégration en ateliers de production dans les meilleures conditions de réussite.
Dans ce cadre, le Responsable de cet atelier spécifique aura pour missions :
* Animer l'atelier avec pédagogie et adapter ses méthodes d'accompagnement à des profils variés dans leurs progressions et aptitudes
