Our construction equipment group is seeking a full-time heavy equipment Field Technician for Middlesex and Essex Counties to report out of our Concord, NH location.
We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in their work! We are an energetic group who sells JCB, Avant, Toro and Vibroscreen.
The sky is the limit and we want to add great people to our team!
The primary responsibilities of the position consist of, but are not limited to:
* Complete inspections
* Power washing and parts cleaning
* Removal and installation of parts
* Implementation of optional accessories
* Maintenance
* On the road doing basic diagnosis and troubleshooting
* Testing
* General repairs on the road
* Driving company truck to different customers location
* Upkeep of the service truck

Our Construction Equipment Group is seeking a full-time Service Administrator for our Traverse City, MI branch.
This position will ensure the work order process is being managed and completed in an efficient and accurate manner.
The goals are to assist the service manager throughout the workday and take care of our customer and technician needs.
The primary responsibilities of the position consist of, but are not limited to:
* Provide support to the service manager.
* Obtain purchase order (PO) number from the customer if the customer's protocol is to give out PO's.
* Input technician job repair write ups located in our business system.
This will be done daily on all jobs that are completed and in process.

Rattaché(e) au Responsable qualité du site, nous vous proposons de travailler sur les activités suivantes :
Co-piloter avec le Responsable qualité, des projets d'amélioration continue du site :
* Constituer les cahiers des charges et les équipes projet
* Fédérer des groupes de travail autour d'un objectif commun
* Animer des réunions de travail et assurer le suivi
* Participer et animer les formations nécessaires à la réalisation des projets (cible : opérateurs et/ou fonctions support)
* Mesurer l'efficacité des actions, vérifier que les résultats obtenus sont en adéquation avec les attendus
* Capitaliser sur les acquis pour transversaliser les bénéfices au reste de l'usine ou dans le groupe
Vous travaillez au quotidien avec tous les services de l'usine et avez éventuellement des interactions avec des usines sœurs du groupe.

Votre environnement de travail sera le site industriel Mastertech à Moirans (à 20 km de Grenoble), l'une des usines majeures de Schneider Electric.
Le site conçoit et assemble les disjoncteurs industriels MasterPact et fabrique des composants et sous-ensembles stratégiques pour de nombreuses gammes de disjoncteurs, faisant de Mastertech un centre de compétences mondial du groupe.
