Vous intégrez le département Planning&Performance au sein du magasin du Faubourg composé de 4 personnes et d'un responsable.
Le département est rattaché à la Direction des Opérations du magasin, avec les services de Support Commercial, d'Encaissements, de Sécurité et de Projets Retail.
Le département Planning anticipe les besoins en ressources du magasin et les planifie au regard de ses enjeux du moment et futurs.
Il a également pour mission la gestion administrative des temps de travail de l'ensemble des collaborateurs (compteurs et présence magasin) via le logiciel ADP, l'organisation de l'arrivée et sortie des collaborateurs et la gestion de leur package uniforme.
Le magasin compte entre 350 et 400 collaborateurs selon la période de l'année.
Votre mission répond à un besoin de renforcer l'équipe Planning & Performance dans le cadre d'un important projet de réorganisation du magasin autour du temps de travail et pour lequel l'équipe fait face à un accroissement d'activité.
Vous agissez en étroite collaboration avec l'ensemble des équipes du magasin et contribuez à l'efficience opérationnelle du magasin avec une approche " service au client ".
Principale activité : Gestion administrative des temps
Vous avez pour mission principale d'être en soutien de l'équipe sur leur périmètre ADP.
Cela consiste à :
* Être un interlocuteur privilégié du service paie, des Ressources Humaines, des managers et des collaborateurs,
* Corriger les horaires et ajuster les heures supplémentaires dans notre outil paie de gestion des temps et s'assurer du respect des règles légales et Groupe en lien avec les RH,
* Assurer le suivi des compteurs de congés et récupérations d'heures,
* Identifier les anomalies en lien avec la gestion des temps et les signifier aux interlocuteurs concernés.
Activités annexes : Accueil nouveau collaborateur et uniformes
Les uniformes comprennent à date les vêtements, chaussures, accessoires (soie et cuir), cartes de pressing& boissons, le téléphone vendeur.
Vous contribuez de façon ponctuelle aux actions suivantes :
* Accueillir le nouvel entrant : lui fournir son uniforme et lui expliquer les règles liées à sa gestion du temps,
* Recevoir le collaborateur qui part : réceptionner son matériel et son uniforme et faire les formalités de restitution.

Gestion complète du processus de paie et charges sociales:
- Pilotage intégral du cycle de paie, de l'entrée à la sortie du collaborateur;
- Intégration et mise à jour des données administratives et contractuelles;
- Collecte, saisie et contrôle des éléments variables (absences, primes, indemnités...);
- Calcul des soldes de tout compte et gestion des départs;
- Vérification et sécurisation des bulletins de salaire;
- Production et contrôle des déclarations sociales (DSN, organismes sociaux).

Gestion administrative du personnel et des absences:
- Traitement des absences (maladie, maternité, autres);
- Gestion des dossiers complexes et de leurs impacts en paie (longues maladies, invalidité, temps partiel thérapeutique);
- Suivi des indemnités journalières (IJSS) et relations avec les organismes sociaux (sécurité sociale, prévoyance);
- Gestion administrative des événements de vie du salarié (mariage, enfant malade, décès, retraite, parentalité, séniorité...);
- Rédaction des courriers, attestations, contrats & avenants.

Travail en transversalité & accompagnement :
- des Responsables RH, sur l'application des dispositifs conventionnels et légaux, les sujets d'expertise paie et simulation d'indemnités de départs;
- des managers et collaborateurs sur toute question relative à la gestion de la paie, de leur situation administrative RH ou à l'utilisation des différents outils RH (GTA, SIRH...).
