Koch Fertilizer Beatrice, LLC is adding an Entry Level - Instrumentation & Electrical Technician to the team to support the maintenance group and continued health of the facility by troubleshooting, repairing, and performing preventative maintenance on equipment leading to increased uptime and reliability.

What You Will Do:
* Calibration, installation, and preventive maintenance, repair or replacement on a variety of instruments including but not limited to various pressure, temperature and level devices.
* Verification and validation of Electronic Control Systems; Safety Instrument Systems (SIS), Distributed Control Systems (DCS),
* Manage daily maintenance work-flow activities utilizing a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), and other instrument software systems.
* Electrical work on installation of new services, trouble shooting, grounding and repairs.
* Calibration, installation, and preventive maintenance on variable frequency drives, electric motors, motor control centers and mechanical relay services.
* Be able to adjust, make repairs to electrical, electronic, mechanical, and pneumatic systems used in indication, at our facility.
* Help develop and implement maintenance process improvements and standard work procedures.
* Travel for training opportunities to different locations.
* Perform general maintenance work, such as valve replacement, torquing of flanges on piping, and heat exchanger work.
* Occasionally respond to callouts and work overtime as needed.
* Perform work in a safe manner that adheres to all regulatory guidelines (OSHA, ANSI, NFPA, etc.)
Physical Considerations:
* Climb stairs, ladders, ladders on vessels and columns, ladders associated with scaffolds in excess of 100 feet
* Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

This position may be located in either Sydney or Brisbane, Australia.
Essential Functions:
1.
Represent Pinkerton's core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.
2.
Perform financial reporting and financial forecasts.
3.
Support monthly and quarterly financial closing activity in close coordination with business and accounting teams.
4.
Continuously review and identify areas of improvement to streamline accounting processes.
5.
Complete cost productivity benchmark activities for the business.
6.
Facilitate financial review meetings with business groups and partner with business managers to ensure effective finance and cost management
7.
Assist in measuring and reporting progress on key goals for the business team in a timely manner.
8.
Assist with invoice audits and identification of discrepancies, if any.
9.
Assist with raising purchase orders for services rendered.
10.
Provide inputs for monthly and quarterly business reviews in a timely manner.
11.
Facilitate business reviews with data analysis and follow through with business leaders on actionable items for improving business metrics over a period of time.
12.
Business partnering with Finance verticals (Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable) to ensure procedures and controls are routinely applied while performing accounting and operational functions.
13.
Produce standardized reports for price and quantity variances.
14.
Ensure appropriate financial policies, procedures, and internal controls are in place, documented, and operating, as intended.
15.
All other duties, as assigned.
Education, Experience, and Certifications:
Graduate in business administration, accounting, economics, or related field.
At least three years of progressive professional experience at a public accounting firm or in an operational corporate accounting role with strong business modelling proficiency.
