Functie omschrijving Als HR Officer vorm je samen met de Country HR Manager het hart van ons HR team.
Je zorgt ervoor dat de dagelijkse HR processen op al onze Nederlandse locaties soepel verlopen.
Met jouw open houding en HR kennis ben je het eerste HR aanspreekpunt voor onze medewerkers en supervisors.
Je voelt je thuis in een internationale omgeving met sterke familiewaarden en weet precies wat er speelt op de werkvloer.
Je speelt een centrale rol binnen onze HR organisatie.
Je houdt je bezig met HR administratie, payroll, compliance, het actueel houden van ons Oracle personeels- systeem, verzuimbegeleiding en de coördinatie van leaseauto's.
Daarnaast ben je wekelijks twee dagen op onze locatie in Urk én twee dagen op onze locatie in Barneveld aanwezig.
Eens per kwartaal bezoek je de Maasvlakte.
Zo kun je on the spot handelen, leer je onze collega's écht kennen en zij jou, waardoor je zowel gevraagd als ongevraagd advies kunt geven wanneer dat nodig is.
Taken en verantwoordelijkheden
* Verantwoordelijk voor de payroll-coördinatie, maandelijkse aanlevering en controle van alle mutaties, inclusief de uitvoering van de SOx-controle voor alle Nederlandse locaties;

Samenwerking en positie in de organisatie De HR Officer rapporteert functioneel aan de Country HR Manager en is onderdeel van het grotere Central Europe HR Cluster team.
Daarnaast is er intensief contact met supervisors, managers en collega's van Operations en Finance om HR processen optimaal te laten verlopen.
