Review customer quality requirements, communicate with customers to get the agreement.

Support internal and external audits and process customer approval.

Supplier development and validation, supplier PPAP package reviewing.
Organize and plan Safe launch, and implementation, evaluation, and improvement.
Understand, support and contribute to current Molex Quality and Environmental systems by following stated policies and procedures including compliance to Quality Mgt systems, IATF 16949, and Customer Specific Requirements.
Contribute as a member of the internal audit team.

As a Coordinator, Regional Product Stewardship-APS, you will be coordinate data collection activities with APS suppliers.
Our Team
You will be working under the Product Stewardship team and reporting directly to the Product Sr Specialist, Regional Product Stewardship-APS.
What You Will Do
1.
Coordinate with APS's Supplier to collect the environmental Compliance data included FMD (Full Material Declaration), DoNU (Declaration of Non-Use), EU RoHS and Phthalates, REACH SVHC and Test Report.
2.
Check document compliance data from supplier and Complete SAP-EHMS for component part/Raw Material/Finish Goods.
3.
Training APS Suppliers for Molex Requirement e.g.
Molex Chemical Substance Specification for suppliers, how to response DoNU per Molex Standard, how to complete BOS via DCT/IPC/IMDS, RoHS and REACH SVHC acceptable.
4.
Coordinate with APS's plant team and support their environmental Compliance request (CER, Plant team, GES team, Supervisor).
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
* Bachelor's degree in any field.
* Few years' experiences in a similar role.

Cosa farai?
Seguendo una metodologia standardizzata di Tecniche di Analisi Funzionale, ti occuperai della definizione dei requisiti tecnico-funzionali e dell’identificazione delle soluzioni ICT adeguate alle strategie di business del Cliente.
Ti inserirai in un’area costituita dai migliori esperti nella realizzazione di progetti di sviluppo e di implementazione di soluzioni applicative personalizzate o integrate per le Aziende Clienti del settore Assicurativo.
Collaborerai, inoltre, con i Team interni di Software Developers.
Nel dettaglio, dovrai occuparti delle seguenti attività:
* Analisi della documentazione del cliente (schede dei prodotti assicurativi, note tecniche, …)
* Configurazione nel motore attuariale delle formule di calcolo dei prodotti assicurativi
* Analisi dei requisiti del cliente per evoluzioni di prodotto
* elaborazione di soluzioni tecnologiche "customizzate", alla luce di un equilibrio tra benefici, costi e rischi
* Supporto al Cliente, nell’ottica di un miglioramento dell'efficienza dei processi operativi
* Identificazione di una possibile evoluzione del prodotto in maniera proattiva
* Traduzione delle specifiche funzionali in analisi tecniche, destinate ai Software Developers, al fine di effettuare le implementazioni richieste dal Cliente
* Produzione di documenti e report in cui verranno descritti argomenti organizzativi e/o tecnici
* Sviluppo di specifiche funzionali e redazione della relativa documentazione
* Supporto al Business Director

The candidate will work in the R&D Product Factory, as part of the Business Intelligence & AI team with other experts in the field and will report to the BI & Data Science Lead.
The main activities required to the selected candidate aims at consolidating and widening the general knowledge and technological knowhow of RGI in the field of the Business Intelligence.
Responsibilities
* Implement reports and dashboards leveraging best in class business intelligence tool (e.g.
Qlik Sense)
* Conduct analysis on insurance business topics: interview with client, formalization of business requirements into specifications that will be used to implement the required reports and dashboards
* Design & build management information dashboards to monitor internal processes and answer business questions about trends, opportunities, and data quality issues
* Became responsible of specific project stream, ensuring a high level of data quality for core data sources and relevant KPIs
* Research tools, frameworks and mechanisms for data analytics providing input to new technology opportunities that will have an impact on the company BI systems
* Collaborate with Data Scientists in the RGI R&D Innovation Department, contributing in the development of new algorithms and models, providing application with vertical focus on the Insurance Industry
Experiences
1-3 years’ experience in a Business intelligence and Analytics position.
Technical competences
* Previous experience with a business intelligence tool (Qlik Sense, Tableau, Power Bi, etc.)
* Proficiency in database query construction and data mining (SQL, PL/SQL)
* Experience in ETL tools (e.g.
Talend, IBM DataStage, Business Objects, Alteryx, etc.) and management of databases is a strong plus
* Knowledge with one of the following languages: Python, R, MATLAB, SAS is a plus
* Proven capability to quickly grasp new processes and technologies.
* Knowledge of big data architecture and data manipulation tools, based on Cloudera and HortonWorks (e.g.
Apache Spark, Elasticsearch, Kafka….) is a plus
* Professional English Knowledge
