This position plays an intricate part in the leadership and development of operators that produce our quality tissue products in the safest and most efficient manner.
This position is strongly connected to each of the Operating and Shipping Areas.
This position also works closely with the other 4 shift performance coaches for vacation coverage, allowing for additional skill building and development, and an extra down day/outage resource.
This position does not have a fixed shift and is responsible for covering all vacation-related absences.

What You Will Do
* Ensure safety and environmental compliance, manufacturing excellence, and customer focus for the mill shift.
