Minimum Qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy required; PharmD preferred
* Pharmacy License active in State of Arizona required
* Minimum of 2 years pharmacy experience with a current and exemplary body of clinical pharmacy knowledge
* Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate and maintain effective interpersonal and working relationships with professional and support staff, providers and all customers.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to effectively educate Providers and staff members
* Proficient with Microsoft applications including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in Clinical Pharmacy or completion of a Clinical Pharmacy Residency program with a minimum of one year of experience in a managed care setting.
* Additional credentials such as BCACP, BCPS, CACP and or CDE a plus
* Previous experience/training inmedication reconciliation and MTM services
* Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) a plus
