About the role
Lead sourcing and supplier performance across key indirect categories to deliver cost optimization, service excellence, compliance, and sustainability.
Work closely with Marcom, Finance, and other IP stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
* Supplier Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers; negotiate contracts to ensure competitive pricing and quality standards.
Support supplier onboarding activities, collect supplier creation documentation, and follow up on RFQ processes including due dates and operational requirements.

General Purpose
The Staff Physical Therapist Assistant assists the Staff Therapist with patient related activities and direct patient care.
Essential Duties
• Treat patients as directed by Physical Therapist.
• Record daily treatment notes and weekly progress notes per PT Board.
• Assist in maintaining department.
• Participate in Patient Care and Rehabilitation Conferences, as needed.
• Assist with cleaning and maintenance of treatment area.
• Treat patients per the physician treatment plan.
• Assist nursing department with training of Restorative Aides.
• Communicate with supervisor and other health team members regarding patient progress, problem and plans.
• Participate in in-services training program for other staff in the facility.
• Record treatment changes per policy and procedures.
• Instruct patient's families or nursing staff in maintenance program and caregiver training in preparation for discharge from therapy services.
• Report any problems with department equipment so that it is maintained in good working order.
• Ability to relate positively, effectively, and appropriately with patients/residents, families, staff and professional colleagues.

The Dietary Director oversees all aspects of the dietary department, including meal planning, food preparation, and service delivery.

Essential Duties
* Direct and participate in the preparation and service of meals that are safe, appetizing, and meet prescribed dietary needs
* Maintain food quality, portion control, and compliance with approved menus and physician orders
* Manage department budget, control costs, and order food and supplies appropriately
* Plan and assist with special meals for holidays and facility events
* Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate dietary staff; handle disciplinary actions and terminations as needed
* Ensure proper food storage and handling practices in compliance with state and federal regulations
* Process new diet orders and updates; maintain accurate diet cards and resident records
