General Purpose
The Staff Occupational Therapist Assistant assists the Staff Occupational Therapist with patient related activities and direct patient care.
Essential Duties
• Treat patients as directed by the Occupational Therapist.
• Record daily treatment notes and weekly progress notes per OT Board.
• Treat patients per the physician treatment plan.
• Assist nursing department with training of Restorative Aides.
• Communicate with supervisor and other health team members regarding patient progress, problem and plans.
• Participate in in-services training program for other staff in the facility.
• Record evaluations, daily treatment notes, weekly progress notes, recertification documentation, per Occupational Therapy Board State Practice Act and governmental and third-party payer requirements.
• Record treatment changes per policy and procedures.
• Instruct patient's families or nursing staff in maintenance program and caregiver training in preparation for discharge from therapy services.
• Participate in discharge planning.
• Assist with cleaning and maintenance of treatment area.
• Report any problems with department equipment so that it is maintained in good working order.
• Ability to relate positively, effectively, and appropriately with patients/residents, families, staff and professional colleagues.

Qualification
Education and/or Experience
Licensed as a Staff Occupational Therapy Assistant Board of the State.
Proficient in computer skills such as inputting data into programs such as Casamba and Point Click Care.

What you'll achieve
As a Hardware System Engineer, you'll be responsible for providing solutions to a variety of problems of certain scope and complexity by following standard engineering practices and using judgment within defined practices and procedures.
You'll build, test and modify hardware product prototypes, and determine rack scale requirements.
You will also plan, organize and conduct technical projects within new or enhanced hardware products or systems.
You will:
* Demonstrate self-initiative and implement work plans and schedules
* Perform, design and develop engineering assignments related to hardware products and systems, including development of new products or updates to existing products
* Ensure applicability of component design and conformity of products and disciplines to established standards as well as specifications
* Understand and adhere to cost targets established during the program design phase
* Use tools appropriately with technical guidance and complete tasks as well as assignments under normal supervision

What you'll achieve
As a Validation Principal Engineer, you will be responsible to Focuses on activities in Define, Plan, Implement, Launch, and Sustain Phases.
Drive test strategy implementation, issue analysis, DOE (Design Of Experiment), and validation technical investigations and training.
You will partner with a test team during test execution and report results to development engineers and leadership.
