SUMMARY:
Company Drivers are responsible for overseeing and leading Armstrong’s full-cycle transportation initiatives, including, but not limited to packing, padding, inventory, loading, transporting, unloading, and unpacking.
The Driver will either operate a tractor trailer (CDL A), or a straight truck (CDL B), or a small truck towing a trailer (CDL C) to receive, store, and distribute equipment and goods.
This requires handling of materials, as well as overseeing helpers in the packing, loading, and unloading of materials.
Strong Customer Service skills are required.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Operate trucks for the local delivery, pick-up, and relocation of product and materials.
* Protect customer’s items and property using pads, tape, and other material to prevent damage during loading, transit, and unloading.

The Production Associate performs duties according to the established Best Practices of ESGW. Meets daily production goals.
Duties will include processing donations; sorting and preparing merchandise for sale, replenishing stock and/or removing merchandise from the sales floor. Greets and assists guests and/or donors.
Assists with accepting donations at the donation door as needed and/or assigned.
Must be cross-trained and assist in all aspects of production, as directed.
