PRIMARY FUNCTION:
Administers the established company credit, collection, and customer service policies and procedures for an assigned territory or designated block of customer accounts.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
A. Maintains responsibility for applying the company's credit and collection policies, practices, and procedures to the credit requirements of accounts in an assigned territory of the company, within specified dollar limits or normal credit lines.
B. Carries out the established program for the follow-up and collection of accounts receivable.

- Maintains controls of all assigned accounts receivable.
- Personally handles collections or takes other action as required.
- Discusses delinquent accounts with Credit Manager and sales personnel.

- Arranges for forced collections and the filing of suits or bankruptcy claims against assigned accounts, and furnishes complete information to representatives.
- As delegated, represents the company in small claims proceedings, creditors' meetings, and bankruptcy proceedings.
- Administers the processes and procedures relating to recorded contracts, use of collateral, insurance claims, interest charges, lien instruments, etc.

The Strategic Account Manager – Industrial Refrigeration, is responsible for driving sales and account growth for assigned accounts. They will identify, establish and strengthen relationships with strategic accounts.
They will drive sales initiatives by collaborating with leaders in all areas of the organization, including Engineering, Manufacturing, Finance, and Marketing.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
* Meet sales, order pipeline, market activities, and price objectives for units and parts.
* Respond to product selection, pricing, lead-time, and technical documentation inquiries through verbal and written communications.
* Identify new business opportunities with industrial refrigeration contractors and end users.
* Strengthen relationships and foster collaboration with assigned accounts.
* Serve as primary contact and customer advocate to navigate internal processes.
* Measure and report account performance metrics.
* Coordinate with Manufacturing and Engineering to help achieve the sales plan.
NATURE AND SCOPE
This position reports to the Market Leader - Refrigeration.
They will regularly interact with the General Manager North America Markets and their direct reports. They will occasionally interact with Global Vice President and Head of Americas and their direct reports.
QUALIFICATIONS
* Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, or equivalent experience
* Minimum 10 years of business development and strategic account management experience in the refrigeration, or related, industry with proven sales and margin growth
* Working knowledge of industrial refrigeration systems; evaporative condensing experience helpful.
* Strong executive communication, strategic execution, consensus building with internal associates and independent sales representatives, and comfort operating in ambiguous, fast‑paced environments

As a Community Associate, you’ll work closely with new and existing customers across a myriad of industries, working to create and maintain your own community within your center, where you will help take care of all the administrative and support needs for your customers…so that your customers can focus on running their business.
A typical day at IWG
You arrive a few minutes before your center opens to make sure everything is ready and check there’s nothing the cleaners have missed.
Customers arrive all throughout the morning.
One asks you for a changed WiFi code.
Another wants to know if his important package has arrived.
A woman needs directions to her meeting room… and can you help her set up the projector and show her where to find a great cup of coffee. You’re off to help her get set-up, as soon as you connect the incoming call to another customer.
You may sure that all of the services are properly charged, so that invoices are accurate.
It’s time for a quick coffee break, relax and enjoy a few minutes to yourself.
The mail arrives.
You sort through it while dealing with a whole host of other customer requests, remembering to email the customer from earlier to let him know his package is waiting for him in his mailbox.
And that’s lunch.
A new wave of customers arrive throughout the afternoon.
You help a customer with printing and another with their invoice.
A customer in a team room say it’s too hot in their office, no problem you are on it and open a ticket in our service portal.
You’ve earned yourself another quick coffee break, relax and enjoy a few minutes to yourself.
Early afternoon, you sit down with the Community Manager to discuss the organization of next week’s networking event in your center.
You plan and write the e-invites to customers, then create, print and put-up posters on the noticeboards around the center. To your excitement, the Community Manager is coming around the corner with a prospect (someone interested in joining the IWG community), you share a few details about what makes this space so amazing for your customers and encourage them to join the network soon so they can participate in next week’s networking event – then you head back to finish putting up your posters.

Basic Purpose
Plans, directs, monitors and controls the operations activities required to ensure that efficient, safe and dependable bus service is provided to all PSTA customers.
Essential Functions
Supervises bus operators and monitors adherence to routes, schedules, personnel and operating rules and regulations, and PSTA attendance policy.
Assign, schedule and dispatch buses to facilitate effective and efficient delivery of service.
Schedules bus operators according to union contract, to ensure adequate staffing to efficiently meet service requirements.
Monitors radio/AVL transmissions with bus operators to ensure system is operating efficiently.
Prepares disciplinary notices for drivers consistent with Authority policies, procedures, rules and regulations (reviews related problems with drivers to improve operator performance).
Prepares operator paperwork to facilitate next day service.
Reports unsafe road conditions; set up detours to maintain service following accidents, breakdowns, or when routes are impassable.
Completes daily log of activities to provide accurate, up-to-date information.
Keeps accurate attendance records; enters operator time-keeping into the computer.
Investigates and analyzes accidents to determine cause, reports findings and recommends corrective action.
Relieves Bus Operators in emergencies and completes schedule, if necessary.
Mentors new Bus Operators.
Trains new and interim supervisors and performs DART checks.
Performs minor equipment repairs.
Performs bus rides with Operators.
Reports to work as an “essential employee” in emergency situations or disasters and acts of nature.
Performs other related tasks as may be assigned by the Director of Transportation, Superintendent of Transportation , and COO.
Minimum Qualifications
Graduate of the PSTA Transportation Supervisor Interim Program is preferred. Other Transportation Supervisory experience will be considered. Able to work nights, weekends, overtime, and as assigned. Must attend all mandatory meetings as scheduled.
Must maintain a working phone number that can accept text messages.
Work Record: Zero disciplinary actions in the prior 12 months. Fewer than 3 Occurrences in the prior 12 months. No more than 2 Miss Outs in the prior 12 months.
Education: High School Diploma or G.E.D.
Supplemental education or training in business, transportation, safety or relevant area is preferred.
Experience: At least 12 months’ transit experience A minimum of six months of that experience must be as a Bus Operator. Experience in a position related to transit operations may be considered to meet the remaining six month requirement. Good safe driving record, discipline record and overall work record.
