What you will do
The Regional Supplier Lifecycle Manager leads the management of qualified suppliers providing packaging components to the North America region.
This role partners with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure quality, supply continuity, compliance, risk management, service, sustainability, and cost objectives are met.
The ideal candidate is a strategic, hands-on leader with deep expertise in packaging components, supplier quality, and regulated manufacturing.
This individual brings strong technical judgment, a data-driven approach, and the ability to influence suppliers and internal stakeholders to deliver quality, service, and business results.
This role also provides leadership to a regional team supporting supplier lifecycle activities and performance improvement.

The selected candidate will ideally possess experience using and maintaining a wide range of electric and gas-powered hand tools such as string trimmers, chainsaws, hedge trimmers, augers, water pumps, drills, saws, grinders, and experience operating and maintaining heavy equipment.
