As a Transactions Specialist I in the Insertion/Personalization department in Coppell at JPMorgan Chase, you will operate production equipment to process customer statements and credit cards.
Global Document Services is the firm's primary print, card production, and distribution organization supporting JPMorgan Chase.
In this role, you will focus on operational excellence, quality, and meeting service commitments in a fast-paced production environment where work varies day to day.
Job Responsibilities
* Complete training across core functions within the Embossing and Insertion areas
* Operate various types of production equipment and machinery, as assigned
* Perform detailed quality inspections of cards and statements to identify and correct defects, errors, or inconsistencies
* Troubleshoot and help resolve production issues, including equipment malfunctions and data discrepancies
* Execute work accurately and efficiently to meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
* Promote strong internal controls by proactively identifying, documenting, and communicating issues
* Review production data to identify trends, improvement opportunities, and potential risks
* Follow all applicable regulations, internal policies, and standard operating procedures related to card and statement production
