The Pipeline and Terminals Operations Group at Flint Hills Resources is looking for a Compliance Specialist to join our Pipeline Compliance Team.
This role is responsible for supporting compliance programs, regulatory reporting, and compliance operations.
This role will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with Federal and State regulations.
This includes interpreting and communicating existing and proposed regulations, coordinating and facilitating regulatory compliance inspections, owning key compliance programs, and serving as the point of contact for questions regarding regulatory interpretation and applicability.

What You Will Do
* Perform regulatory applicability reviews, interpret and implement regulatory requirements, and provide oversight, using a risk-based, principle-driven approach
* Prepare for and lead inspections, manage agency correspondence, respond to regulatory requests, and prepare and submit agency-required reports
