Services business, focusing on servicing equipment supporting power distribution and critical power infrastructure.
As a Field Service Representative, a typical day for you might include:
* Pre-site, startup, repair, preventive maintenance, and field modification of equipment

Votre rôle :
Rattaché au Responsable de l'équipe Home & Distribution du CCC France, vous assurez à distance le support technique après-vente sur les offres Produits, Équipements, Services et Solutions Schneider Electric pour les marchés résidentiel et tertiaire.
Vous assurez le support et le dépannage des clients sur l'offre technique concernée.
Vous participez aux tests en laboratoire des applications clients afin de valider la faisabilité technique des solutions, et contribuez à la promotion des offres de services à distance, participant ainsi au développement du CA sur Support Premium.

* Supporter les clients sur l'ensemble de l'offre Distribution Électrique Domotique
* Participer à l'implication du support technique dans la stratégie EcoStruxure™ de Schneider Electric.
* Contribuer au déploiement de la vision IoT globale EcoStruxure, permettant le contrôle et la supervision des performances des installations de manière fiable, efficace, durable et connectée.
* Définir l'architecture de communication des différents produits connectés.
* Assurer la collecte des données, leur analyse via des outils dédiés, et permettre des actions préventives et correctives grâce aux applications.
