Dans le cadre du développement de l'activité du Prêt-à-Porter Femme, nous recherchons un(e) Responsable Flux & Stock Prototypes rattaché(e) à la Responsable Identité Métier, elle-même reportant à la Directrice du Développement Opérationnel.
La Direction du Développement Opérationnel du Métier réunit les équipes en charge du développement opérationnel des collections Prêt-à-Porter Femme à travers tous les canaux de promotion interne (Identité Métier, Equipes Commerciales, Visual merchandising, Formation, Expérience Clients, ...).
Rôle : Le Responsable Flux et Stock Prototypes assure le fonctionnement efficace du stock et le cadencement des prêts internes.
Il est un solide soutien lors des événements développés au sein du pôle (Shootings, Défilé, Evénements en filiales) et développe la visibilité du Prêt-à-Porter Femme au travers des arbitrages de prêts en lien avec la stratégie du Métier.
Orienté process, il met en place les indicateurs pertinents permettant de mesurer le volume et la qualité des réalisations qui découlent des mouvements de stocks.
Missions principales :
Gestion des stocks et des flux de prototypes
* Piloter les flux entrants et sortants : prêts, retours, confiés, destructions, transferts, etc.
* Assurer une traçabilité rigoureuse de chaque pièce (sortie, date retour prévue, relances, etc.) et s'assurer de la correspondance des stocks physiques et informatiques.
* Organiser un espace rangé, propre et sécurisé, avec une utilisation de l'espace optimisée
* Assurer la bonne tenue du stock, avec des produits codifiés, étiquetés, et stockés avec soin
* Cadencer et piloter les opérations de déstockages et d'inventaires
Suivi des conformités
* Superviser la qualité et la conformité des pièces avant départ et au retour : état, repassage, propreté, réparations éventuelles et répartir aux services concernés.
* Identifier et traiter les non-conformités, mettre en place des process vers un meilleur suivi

Supervision des prêts prototypes

* Centraliser et prioriser les demandes de prêts internes (images, communication, outils de vente, formation, etc.).
* Arbitrer ce qui peut être prêter ou non, selon les non-conformités et les objectifs de shooting
* Collaborer étroitement avec les stylistes, le studio, les équipes showroom, retail, communication et se faire le relais des objectifs du prêt-à-porter Femme.
