Alta Equipment Company is seeking a full-time Parts Counter Associate for our South Elgin, IL branch.
The expected hourly pay range for this position is $22-26/hr.
The primary responsibilities of the position consist of, but are not limited to:
* Process parts purchases and sales
* Actively sell parts
* Ensure Part Margins are meeting Alta Policies.
* Ensure customer satisfaction, including internal customers

Our construction equipment group is seeking a full-time heavy equipment field service technician for our Byron Center, MI branch.
This is a union position and will be part of Operating Engineers Local 324.
A Field Technician must be familiar with and able to diagnose and repair any systems problem that occurs for the majority (greater than 50%) of equipment the Company sells.
A Field Technician is qualified to successfully, efficiently, and accurately perform the cleaning, maintenance, visual inspection, removal, installation with the help of proper manuals, report writing and the disassembly, assembly, parts reuse evaluation, reconditioning, ordering the correct parts, measuring, adjusting, diagnosing, testing, troubleshooting and equipment failure analysis of their assigned Service department or specialized area, with minimal technical assistance.

Rattaché hiérarchiquement à Claudia, notre Responsable Supply Chain, nous vous proposons d'intégrer notre équipe composée de ROF, et plus largement de l'équipe Supply Chain intégrant la partie affaire, gestionnaire de flux et magasin.
Par ailleurs, vous travaillerez également en collaboration avec l'ensemble des autres services supports, comme la production, les méthodes, la qualité...
etc en contribuant à la performance globale de l'usine.
Quelles seront vos missions ? :
Dans le cadre de votre stage vous participerez au pilotage des flux amont et de l'animation du niveau de service fournisseurs.
Rattaché.e à notre Responsable Supply Chain, vous contribuerez à l'analyse des prévisions fournisseurs, à l'optimisation du stock amont, et à la mise en œuvre des contrats logistiques.
Vous participerez également à l'intégration des nouveaux outils Supply Chain et pourrez être amené.e à piloter des projets d'amélioration sur votre périmètre.

This position requires up to 30%-50% of travel expectations within US, Canada, & Mexico.
What will you do?
* Lead in the identification of Logistics/Transportation business requirements and development of the customer story backlog for SAP.
* Serve as a Change Agent, supporting the Product Owner in resolving issues between legacy and future state ERP systems.
* Manage transfer of SAP knowledge to Key Users, data owners, and local management team.
* Work with key stakeholders to identify and understand their needs.
* Capture feedback from users and identify "enhancements" of existing functionality.
* Lead and participate in stakeholder workshops.
* Create/Validate End to End Process Flows for manufacturing plants.
* Contribute to localization of project documentation (training materials, test scripts, etc).
* Be accountable for site readiness (planning, support, audit, training).
* Be the business representative for the program with understanding of current Logistics/Transportation processes and systems.
Link with Site
* Be accountable for Business Transformation, Solution decisions, Data accuracy, and Organizational Change Management.
* Participate in End User Training.
* Hold the Key Users and Data Owners accountable for project deliverables.
* Lead the Key Users & project team participation in solution testing.
Working conditions:
* Tight deadlines and multiple priorities, requiring decisive decision making in a fast-paced environment.
* Willing to work outside the standard 8-5 schedule, across time zones, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends as required by tight project deadlines.
