Sous la supervision du contrôleur, le commis comptable est responsable d'effectuer diverses tâches de tenue de livres liées aux fonctions des comptes débiteurs et de fournir un soutien comptable à l’équipe.

Responsabilités :
* Réception et traitement des paiements des clients;
* Effectuer les rapprochements bancaires des comptes clients;
* Communiquer avec les clients ayant des soldes impayés pour les informer de leur statut et recevoir les paiements;
* Produire, sur une base mensuelle, les états de comptes et les envoyés aux clients;
* Examiner les comptes pour les paiements ou les soldes impayés avec l’équipe des ventes afin de prendre les bonnes actions de collection;
* Préparer et tenir à jour les documents financiers (relevés, reçus);
* Participer à la clôture mensuelle et annuelle;
* Travaille en collaboration avec le contrôleur;
* Travaille en collaboration avec l’équipe Finances de son unité d’affaires;
* Soutenir les vérifications comptables et audits internes en fournissant la documentation requise.

Exigences :
* Formation collégiale technique (option finance / comptabilité) ou combinaison de formation et d’expérience pertinente;
* 2 à 3 années d’expérience pertinente (atout);
* Connaissance des chiffriers, particulièrement Excel;
* Connaissance générale des logiciels comptables, modules clients et facturation (atout);
* Expérience avec un logiciel ERP intégré, particulièrement Microsoft Dynamics D365 (atout);
* La capacité de travailler dans un environnement multi tâches et sous pression;
* La capacité de travailler en équipe et de façon indépendante;
* Une bonne maîtrise du français et de l’anglais est requise car le titulaire du poste aura à communiquer fréquemment dans les deux langues, tant oralement que par écrit.
