Sierra Valley Rehab Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our nursing team.
The RN is responsible for supervising the day-to-day nursing activities of the facility and ensuring the highest degree of quality resident care in accordance with current federal, state, and local regulations and facility policies.
General Purpose
The primary responsibility of this position is to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities of the facility during your tour of duty.

Position Overview
Cypress Ridge Care Center is seeking an experienced Maintenance Director to oversee the daily operations, safety, and physical plant of our Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF).
This role is responsible for ensuring the facility remains safe, functional, compliant, and well-maintained while supporting residents, staff, and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
* Direct and manage all maintenance operations for the facility
* Ensure compliance with all SNF, life‑safety, OSHA, Title 22, and CMS regulations
