The Patient Access Representative performs a variety of customer service functions that support clinic operations.
Liberty Resources Behavioral Health Care is multi-disciplinary team of mental health professionals, including social workers, marriage and family therapists, and licensed mental health counselors.
Job Responsibilities:
* Answer phone calls and route to appropriate person or documents message from patient/representative accurately and delivers to appropriate members of the care team in timely fashion.
* Schedule appointments for MDs, NPs, therapists, nurses, nutritional services and peer specialist; contact clients to reschedule appointments or provide appointment reminders, when warranted.
* Perform patient registration duties inclusive of patient identification and EMR documentation of accurate demographic, insurance and check in details with attention given to any patient specific alerts.
* Collect and process co-pays and provide receipts.
* Process mail, faxes, make copies as requested and troubleshoot printer/copiers including requests for needed supplies i.e.
toner, paper, etc.
Prepares and processes work orders, as required.
Qualifications:
* One-year college/technical school or High school diploma (equivalent) with one-year relevant experience.

(“ESGW”) Adult Day Program.
To enhance the quality of life and support families who are in the caregiving role.
Spend the majority of workday actively involved with clients.
Ability to obtain Department of Transportation (“DOT”) certification to operate the Adult Day transportation van.
Maintains a safe environment for clients and co-workers.
Completes accurate documentation of services provided.

Essential Functions:
This position starts with an extensive hands-on training program where you will begin in the role of a Recruiter Trainee.
During this period, you will work with an Onboarding Coach to learn and perform the fundamentals of recruiting.
Upon successful completion of the training program, you will move into a Recruiter role and be responsible for the following:
* Recruit top IT consultants and serve as the main point of contact throughout the entire recruiting cycle, creating a world-class experience.
* Build and maintain relationships with consultants by providing career coaching to talent around market-trends, labor rates, resume creation, interviewing techniques, and emerging skills.
* Develop effective sourcing strategies leveraging various tools and technologies, including in-house AI tools, increasing your ability to identify the best talent for a specific customer requirement.
* Use AI-generated insights to make data-driven decisions throughout the recruitment process.
